What happens if the student is away?

Their registration will remain valid for 3 months from the date of the last attendance. Thus, if the student rejoins within one month, he or she need not pay the monthly fee.

Who do I contact for information?

All queries related to extra lessons, payments, holidays, etc. should be communicated to the school office only. Tutors will not provide help on these issues.

Does absence affect my registration?

Yes. Students should attend classes regularly. Students with irregular attendance or who are frequently absent and for long periods without prior notice will be removed from our records. The school reserves the right to terminate the student at any time, if their work or discipline is found to be unsatisfactory. An unexcused absence is one in which the school has not been given 24 hours’ notice and WILL NOT BE MADE UP

What if I have a specific issue?

General inquiries will be dealt with immediately, where possible, during normal office hours. For specific queries/inquiries please feel free to contact the office. Outside office hours, please send us an email (nlbc_schoolofmusic@yahoo.com).
